Rebecca Alberts - Co Owner/Head Brewer
Most know her as “Becka”. Besides being a business owner and beer enthusiast she is known for her volunteer work through out the city of Norwich. She lives in Lebanon with her Husband and co-owner Raymond with their two German Shepards. In the rare occasion of her free time, you can find her with family and friends enjoying good drinks and good food. She loves to mow her beautiful land, and she throws the best 4th of July party each year!
Fun Fact: Kaisar Willy Imperial Stout is her favorite brew, and the most challenging recipe to create to date.
Raymond Alberts - Co Owner/ Director of Sales
Ray keeps These Guys Brewing mission of Pub Grub with a Foodie Flair alive and ever changing. Besides his passion for food, he was once a sommelier and is always the first one to pick the bottle of wine for the table. He always has a joke ready to make people laugh and in his free time he is an avid player of corn hole. Ray loves to host his friends and family with the best charcuterie boards and spoiling his dogs.
Fun Fact: Ray has done several stand-up comedian acts at Comix Roadhouse. His favorite TGBC beer is Drink About It.
Jody Sylvia - Director of operations/Events
Started as a customer now she’s here. A lady of all tasks that always has an answer. She has always been and still is our biggest cheer leader for TGBC. With one of the biggest hearts and most generous souls she is the first to offer a helping hand. You can find her at our local markets selling growlers or sitting at her favorite table enjoying a cold prosecco. She loves to travel the world and spend time with her daughter and grandchildren.
Fun fact - Jody has visited 48 different countries, but her favorite is Italy. Her favorite TGBC Beer is, well Prosecco but if she had to choose it would be Make Me Blush Sour.
Carly St.Martin - General Manager
Carly has been here at TGBC since day one. She started as a server, also filled in as a bartender and has been our GM for 5 years now. Carly has a good heart and a smile ready for everyone. Her mission is to make sure our guests have an amazing experience at TGBC and our staff has the support they need to make that happen. She excels in creating the perfect new cocktail or mocktail for our seasonal cocktail specials. In her free time you can find her at the beach, with her boyfriend or playing with her new nephew.
Fun Fact - She knows more song lyrics then most people. Her favorite TGBC beer is Lil Narwitch Pumpkin Ale
Jon Flatley - Bar Manager
Jon has been with TGBC since the very first day. He orders all the fun stuff and knows more about tequila than most. He has three dogs that keep him busy. He plays golf, corn hole, and loves to fish in his free time. He’s the first to offer a helping hand and is the handy man around the pub. If the staff asks nicely, he will even work on their cars.
Fun Fact - He can’t touch his toes. Jon’s favorite TGBC beer is Hazy Hook Up.
Tabitha Powers - Brewer
Tabitha has been with us since before day one. She helped us find our location, paint the walls, and has been a friend for many years. After a long days work preparing the new pub, Becka and Tab polished off a bottle of “1942” tequila where it was determined Tab would be Becka’s new assistant brewer. She has exceled in the brewery ever since. In her spare time she loves to garden, cheer on her husband on the golf course, and drink our beer!
Fun Fact- She is tiny but mighty! Tab’s favorite TGBC Beer is our Strawberry Blonde Ale.
Kelly Mott - Kitchen Manager
Kelly started working at TGBC in 2016 and started as our pastry chef. She learned and grew her skills in the kitchen moving up quickly to kitchen manager. She still makes our desserts and helps mastermind our seasonal menu. She lives in Mansfield and has a 16 year old daughter who looks up to the fmailies love for the business. She has a love for BBQ and southern treats. She enjoys taking her dog Diesel with her everywhere she can.
Fun Fact: She wants to retire to Texas. Her favorite TGBC beer is Jeannes Dream, in loving memory of her late grandmother.
Tyler Devega- Assistant Brewer
Tyler started working for us in 2021 as a quiet and timid food runner. He ran the show as a runner and quickly showed much interest in the brewery aspect of the business. In just a short time Tyler was brewing beer before he could even legally drink it! We spent his 21 birthday with our team introducing him to all kinds of BEER! He loves to spend time in the mountains snowboarding and traveling to visit his friends in college.
Fun Fact- He will sleep through any alarm . Tylers favorite TGBC beer is Hazy Hookup.
